SHIPPING

What is the shipping cost for my order?

We offer complimentary shipping on orders above €300 / DKK 2.200. Shipping costs for smaller orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship within the European Union. Shipping options and delivery times will appear at checkout depending on your destination.

If you are located outside of the EU and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly.

How can I track my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

When will I receive my order?

As all our garments are made to order, production times vary by piece and are listed on each product page. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and additional secure payment methods available at checkout, including Klarna and MobilePay in selected regions.

Do I have to pay additional taxes or duties?

As we currently only ship within the European Union, there are no additional customs duties or import fees on your order. Any applicable taxes are included at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations can be done within 14 days of the date of order. In case you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.

PRODUCT

Where are your products produced?

All our garments are produced in-house at our Copenhagen studio by our team. We also collaborate with a manufacturer in Italy for the production of our leather bags.

The style, color, or product I am looking for is not available

Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order. If a product is unavailable, feel free to contact us regarding restocks, bespoke requests, or future availability.

SIZING

What sizing do you use?

Our garments follow standard EU sizing. Depending on the design, some pieces are intended to fit more relaxed, oversized, or tailored. We recommend reviewing the product description and size guide before purchasing.

Where can I find garment measurements?

Detailed garment measurements can be found on each product page to help you compare sizing with pieces you already own. If you have any questions regarding measurement you can always contact us.

What size should I choose if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the smaller size. For more fitted styles, you may prefer sizing up depending on your preferred fit.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes. We provide a dedicated size guide on our website to help you find the right fit. If you need additional guidance, feel free to contact us directly.

RETURNS

What is Taus’ return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us directly regarding returns or exchanges.

Please note that bespoke or altered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do exchanges work?

Exchanges must be returned to our studio first. Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will issue a gift card equal to the original purchase value.

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

REPAIRS

Does Taus offer repairs?

Yes. We offer complimentary repairs on all Taus purchases as part of our commitment to longevity and thoughtful consumption.

Please note that possible shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer for our repair service.

How do I request a repair?

To request a repair, please contact us with your order information, a description of the issue, and relevant images if necessary. We will guide you through the process.

PERSONALISATION

What Taus items can I customize?

We offer bespoke services for custom garments and accessories. Selected ready-to-wear pieces may also be adjusted with custom lengths or other made-to-order modifications depending on the garment.

STUDIO

Can I visit the studio?

Yes. Our Copenhagen studio is open by appointment at Center Boulevard 5, 2300, Copenhagen. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
